Gluten Free Pastry & More – Saturday 2nd June


As anyone who is coeliac or who cooks for someone who has a gluten intolerance, will testify it can be challenging to make homemade gluten free pastry and bread. Help is to hand in the form of this afternoon of a combination of demonstration & hands on. Advice on alternative ingredients and lots of baking tips will help you with gluten free cooking from scratch.

2pm until 5pm. £65 including all ingredients and recipes & refreshments.
