Spring Forage Lunch – Tuesday 7th May


Forage in the beautiful spring woods and fields for wild garlic, nettles, hawthorn, wood sorrel for your lunch. Join outdoor educator Sarah Kelleher on an hour long bluebell filled ramble, discovering edible delights of woodland and hedgerow. Discover a little of the folklore and natural history of the trees and plants. Gather wild garlic and other ingredients to make your own fresh pasta for lunch in the kitchen with Philippa. Try nettle crisps! Plenty of books and ideas for inspiration. Bring a notepad.

Arrive for 10.00am for coffee and homemade cake garnished with spring flowers. Finish time including lunch 1.30pm.
