If you have purchased a gift voucher online, this will be sent to you within 5 working days via Royal Mail using first class post. Although Royal Mail First Class is usually delivered the next day this cannot be guaranteed.
To collect your vouchers from us please call Bluebell Farmhouse Kitchen on 01323 483145
Course numbers are updated automatically. On rare occasions information may not be updated as quickly as the places sell resulting in a course you have purchased being full. If this occurs we will contact you immediately and offer a full refund or exchange.
If you change your mind about your purchase we are here to help. We are happy to refund or exchange a course up to 14 days before the published date. Within 14 days, whilst we are happy to exchange a course, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If, however, the cancellation is within 48 hours of the course we are unable to refund or exchange as we will have ordered the materials.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel a course. We would endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and a full refund would be given.
As there is often high demand for dates, a booking will only be fully confirmed once full payment has been received. We operate a ‘if it’s paid, it’s confirmed’ policy in case of disputes.

Bluebell Farmhouse Kitchen is delighted to bring to you an exciting Spring Event collaboration, with Liz Chatfield from Sylvia’s Kitchen, based in Hellingly and Liz’s son, James Chatfield who is a Michelin trained chef. With our combined skills and knowledge, we are thrilled to be offering you a unique chance to enjoy our food, in the beautiful and spacious setting of the Bluebell Woods, here in Arlington. We will be creating picnics which have been lovingly designed and created to highlight local, seasonal produce at it’s best. This has been sourced by us and our connections with local artisan food producers, farmers and growers, for you to enjoy. The picnics will be for collection here at the Bluebell Farmhouse Kitchen, for you to take in to the woods and enjoy at your leisure. Existing COVID guidelines at the time will be strictly followed throughout.
